Aaron Blair is a dedicated community leader with a deep commitment to student success and the well-being of our community. With years of experience in public service, Aaron understands that a strong school board is built on transparency, accountability, and active engagement with all stakeholders.
Career: Post-secondary administrator and professor with 20+ years of project leadership delivering change.
Public Service: Over 10 years as a trustee for the Guelph Library board, sitting on key committees: policy, governance, and metrics.
Education: Doctorate in Public Administration, MBA, PMP certification, and expert in Agile methodologies.
